I run events for all kinds of teams, both in-person and online.
Are you:
- A mission-driven organisation looking to host impactful online or in-person events?
- In need of an experienced event organiser who can manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholders?
- Seeking someone who can create detailed project plans and maintain high standards for inclusivity and accessibility?
- Looking for an event professional who understands the importance of building community around social impact?
If so, I can help.
I've been organising events in the fintech and financial inclusion space since 2014, from intimate meetups to large-scale conferences and online webinar series.
For example, in 2022 I organised a Cost of Living Crisis Hackathon, bringing together over 50 participants from 20+ organisations. You can read the write up of that event here.
This event showcased my ability to:
- Scope and book appropriate venues, prioritising inclusivity and accessibility.
- Create engaging schedules that maximise attendee energy and participation.
- Incorporate diverse voices, including lived experience panels.
- Host activities throughout the day.
- Evaluate event impact through post-event surveys.
I’ve run community events and a fintech meetup, as well as company events for fintechs Mayday, Kriya and Monzo. I've also successfully run online event series, including:
- A 14-session webinar series with over 800 signups.
- ‘Xero for Groups’, a 6-session series attracting over 600 participants: see the series site here.
