6 times out of 10, women are offered less salary than men to do the exact same job at the exact same company. 60% of women have found out they are paid less than a peer of another gender in the same role (vs. 24% of men).

65% of the time, when applying to the same job at the same company, women will ask for a lower salary than men. Companies are interviewing only men for open positions 41% of the time and only women 4% of the time.
